This is my first question here. I've only been selling on Amazon for a couple of months now. I have a PL on Amazon and sell our units for $24.95. Recently I noticed that on my listing it states New (11) from $2.99 + $0.99 shipping. When I click the link to see these other options I see brand new seller accounts with no feedback or negative feedback. Our company is a California Corporation with trademark filings for our name, named stylized, logo, mascots in color and B&W. Our packaging has our logo on it. My question is how are these individuals able to 'piggy back' off my listing and state they're selling my same item for less? A lot less. If you click add to cart it shows my item. I've gone ahead and place an order from one of them to see if I actually receive anything. I contacted Amazon and they've done nothing to assist in the issue. One statement from Amazon was Amazon is a public marketplace? So that means someone can piggy back my listing (verbatim) with my images and trademarked names and logos and that's ok? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
