Customer left 1-star feedback:
I received no tracking information and did not realise that the parcel had gone missing. Since I e-mailed the company I have heard nothing. I would expect contact to be made within 48 hours during the week.
This was an FBA order and customer is from UK. She contacted me on Sunday morning reporting no order received (4 days after due delivery date). I responded in 8 hours 49 minutes - within 24 hours allowed by Amazon. I normally respond within 1-2 hours, but this was Sunday, my son's birthday party, Father's day and so I was away from my computer the entire day. I responded first thing after coming back home. Apparently she did not get the message.
I contacted Amazon requesting a feedback removal, but was denied with "the feedback you received was not in violation of our guidelines".
I submitted another request arguing that both accusations - (1) no tracking provided, and (2) no response to customer's email - were false. I am awaiting for a response from Amazon, but wanted to ask if anyone can suggest what else I can do to get this feedback removed.
