If an item is listed in my Unfulfillable Inventory as "Warehouse Damaged", does AZ automatically reimburse me? Or do I always need to open a ticket?
If they don't reimburse you for product within a few weeks, open a ticket with all FNSKUs and ask about it. Most of the time, they will do it right away then
It could take AZ weeks or even months to get around to reimbursing and possibly might not do it at all. Wait 30 days and if it hasn't been reimbursed open a case to get your money back.
It's going to be done eventually, after a few weeks. I always check behind their work to make sure they didn't forget anything
