Hey Guys, late last week I got the Seller Performance email (suspension of selling privledges) for new sellers. I haven't yet sold anything on FBA but they are requesting Utility bill, business license, invoices etc. Anyway, I emailed them back the same day with all the requested documents to the email specified in the message (not the appeal button).
So my questions are:
1. Should I have received some sort of acknowledgement email/receipt that I hear others talking about?
2. Should I also complete the appeal button or just follow the process in the email about sending the details to the seller performance email address.
3. How long does it normally take for them to review the details?
It seems like lots of new sellers are getting hit with document requests lately.
