Seems I forgot to remove a price tag from an item before sending it into Amazon... And I just got a negative feedback because of it. Any advice on how to deal with this situation?
Maybe you can send an another free order to the customer and then request an order removal to reprep your product.
If it is a product review as seller feedback, Amazon will remove it. First, copy the order number, then go to help>product orders and paste in the order number and select remove seller feedback and then submit. Or something like that.
